Hi! My name is Soph,(He/They). I am a full-time personal trainer and coach. I began coaching when I found myself craving more time to tend to my bodies needs after years of wear and tear in a seemingly nonstop world, and after finally coming out as trans - a decision that has brought me home to my own body in ways I couldn't have imagined. Throughout my time as a coach, I have regained a love for movement and slowing down to listen. Through strength training and conditioning we can remind ourselves of how powerful we are and take time to check in. Training reminds me to pay attention. With Transform Training, my mission is to teach folks how to training practically for everyday life and remind people of the beauty of taking your time to transform your training capacity into something that works for you.
